Lucknow:
Two jawans of the Provincial Armed Constabulary or PAC in Uttar Pradesh, deployed as part of Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav's security detail, have been caught on camera hitting each other with lathis and even drawing blood.
The reason why the two men in uniform, head constable Mukul Chandra Yadav and constable Sunil Dikshit, fought is not known yet. In video footage, they are seen chasing each other on a sidewalk and even on the road and clashing, minutes after Mr Yadav drove past for a function.
One of them sustained head injuries and was seen bleeding profusely.
The two men belong to the 10th battalion of the PAC, which is used for additional or peripheral security for the Chief Minister.
The UP Police has ordered an inquiry.
