Gurgaon police yesterday claimed to have busted a gang which had snatched at least 14 luxury cars at gun point in various areas of Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.
With the arrest of Pradeep, a native of UP and Ravinder Pal, a resident of Delhi, Gurgaon police claimed to have traced 14 luxury cars, which were snatched by them.
When the police laid a trap to arrest them, they opened fire at them, Deputy Commissioner of Police (East) Maheshwer Dayal said. No police personnel was injured.
