India's most famous playback singer, Lata Mangeshkar, who was invited for Narendra Modi's swearing-in ceremony is missing the event on account of her not feeling well.
A tweet from Mr Modi's official account confirmed the news as Mr Modi thanks Ms Mangeshkar for her greetings.
Mr Modi tweeted the following today, "Thank you Lata Didi. As always, your greetings and best wishes inspire me deeply."
