Youth arrested for sodomising minor boy

Jammu: A youth was arrested for allegedly sodomising an eight-year-old boy in Jammu along with three other accomplices and then circulating the video.

"We have arrested the main accused Kala Ram and a hunt was launched to nab three others," police said on Tuesday.

In a rare incident, the boy, a resident of Rathua village, was allegedly sodomised by the four and his video was prepared and circulated locally.

The matter was reported by the boy's father on Monday after which Ram was held during a raid, police said, adding that a case has been registered.
