Woman allegedly gangraped by six men in Jaipur

Jaipur: A young married woman was allegedly raped by her acquaintance and five of his friends after he took her to a city hotel in Jaipur on pretext of giving her a lift to a nearby market.

According to police, the accused Montu met the victim yesterday and offered her lift to the market. However, instead of the market, she was taken to a hotel where she was allegedly gangraped by him and his friends.

When the victim returned home, she told her parents about the incident, after which they informed the police station.

Montu, and two other accused Sandeep and Lala were arrested today, while three others - Mukesh, Anoop and Makkhan - are absconding.

The victim was married two months ago to a man in Ajmer and she was staying at her parental house in Rana colony.
