Three injured in fire at Indian Oil Corporation's pipeline in Gujarat

New DelhiA fire was reported at Indian Oil Corporation's (IOC) crude oil pipeline in Mehsana district of Gujarat on Tuesday evening.

Sources said that three people have been injured and shifted to civil hospital of Detroj taluka.

The fire may have been caused because of pilferage or theft of oil from the pipeline, they said.

The fire was reported in IOC's crude pipeline in Detroj taluka's Rudatal and Dabhor village, the sources said.

Fire brigade has been called from Ahmedabad and Mehsana and four of the vans are already at the fire site.
