Mangalore: Mumbai attacks suspect arrested

Mangalore: Suspected terrorist Abdul Samad Bhatkal, believed to be one of the conspirators of the Mumbai terror attack, was arrested by the Mumbai Anti-Terror Squad (ATS) at the Bajpe airport in Mangalore on Monday.

Acting on a tip-off, the ATS arrested Bhatkal as soon as he landed here from Dubai in the early hours, police told said.

Bhatkal was immediately whisked away to an undisclosed location, they said.
