Shimla:
A 52-year-old man was arrested in Shimla on Tuesday for allegedly raping his 15-year-old daughter on several occasions in the past one year, police said.
Inder Singh of Golchha village in Himachal Pradesh' Shimla district raped his daughter twice at his residence on Monday night too, Deputy Superintendent of Police Raj Kumar said by phone.
He said the man would be presented in a court on Wednesday.
The girl, who had been taking contraceptive pills for quite some time lodged the complaint with police herself, he added.
The accused had earlier threatened to kill his daughter if she informed police about the crime, police said.
