New Delhi: A man, who was assaulted by some persons for objecting to eve-teasing of his sister, has succumbed to his injuries at a hospital here, police said on Sunday.
Vinod, 35, was rushed to a city hospital on November 3 after being thrashed by some persons as he objected to their indecent behaviour towards his sister.
Vinod succumbed to his injuries on Saturday, the police said, adding three men had been arrested in the case.
The relatives of the victim later protested outside Alipur police station.
Two accused are still absconding, a police officer said.
