Fire breaks out at Agra medical officer's office, records destroyed

A fire broke out at the old office of the Deputy Chief Medical Officer in Agra, gutting certain records pertaining to the National Rural Health Mission, police said today.

Officials of the health department rushed to the office at Circuit House Complex on receiving information about the fire last evening.

The cause of the fire is being ascertained, they said.
