Delhi: Humid Morning as Rains Prove Elusive

New Delhi: Delhiites woke up to another humid day today as monsoon rains continue to elude the national capital.

According to MeT department, humidity levels remained between 77 and 56 per cent at 8:30 in the morning while minimum temperature was recorded at 27 degrees Celsius which was one notch above normal for this part of the season.

The city received no rainfall in the last 24 hours.

The weatherman has predicted a generally cloudy sky during the day with possibility of light rains in some parts of the city. Maximum temperature may touch 37 degrees Celsius during the day.

Yesterday, the day temperature rose up to 36.6 degrees Celsius, three notches above normal while the minimum had settled at 27.6, one notch above normal.
