Ghaziabad: A couple allegedly committed suicide by jumping in front of a speeding train near Mohiddinpur railway station.
The girl, a graduation student from Modinagar, and Anil (23), a vegetable seller, also from Modinagar, committed suicide after their family members opposed their relationship, police said.
The couple left their respective homes around noon yesterday and killed themselves by jumping in front of the train between Modinagar and Mohiddinpur railway stations near a dental college.
The bodies have been sent for post mortem.
