Cloudy Morning May Lead to Rainfall in Delhi

Delhiites, in some parts of the city, are likely to experience light rainfall and thundershowers says the Met department

New Delhi: It was a cloudy Tuesday morning in Delhi and there is a possibility of rainfall in some areas of the city, said the Met Office.

"The sky will remain cloudy with light rain and thundershowers in some areas of the city," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.

The day's maximum temperature is likely to hover around 34 degrees Celsius.

The minimum temperature on Tuesday settled a notch below the season's average at 25.8 degrees Celsius.

The city has received 2.7 mm of rainfall since Monday.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 78 per cent.

Monday's maximum temperature was recorded a notch below the season's average at 33.4 degree Celsius while the minimum temperature settled a notch above the season's average at 27.7 degree Celsius.
