Noida Amid heavy security, the Noida authority today continued its anti-encroachment drive taking action against several temporary shops here.

Some shop owners tried to resist the drive in Sector 18, but police team chased away the protesters, sources said. Hoarding and tin sheds set up by several shop owners were demolished in Atta market in Sector 18 and Harola.

The authority team also removed several encroachments from Sector 1 to 9.
