African student beaten in Patiala: Father's letter to Punjab Chief Minister

A student from the African country of Burundi has been in coma for nearly three months after he was beaten up and left to die in Patiala. The student suffered severe brain damage from the attack.

The victim's father claims he wrote to Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal twice for help, but got no reply.
